Photography Workshop
August 11-18, 2012
Utila Lodge
Bay Islands, Honduras
Join Utila Lodge and your instructors, Stephen and Marlo Kirkpatrick, as we travel above and beneath the waves of Utila, Honduras. With their guidance, you'll enhance your own photographic and writing skills and explore new ways to capture memories.
“Nature Exposed” includes seminars and dramatic photographic presentations guaranteed to stimulate and expand your creative thought processes as well as professional critiques of your photography and writing.
The Kirkpatricks will also share stories from their sometimes harrowing, sometimes hilarious adventures in nature and outdoor photography and writing. In addition to writing and photography techniques, you’ll learn how to identify a caiman’s best side, escape from a camera-shy grizzly bear, and remove an overly-enthusiastic snake from your arm.
You’ll apply your newly-gained knowledge immediately as you dive and snorkel among the colorful fishes and sculptural coral of Utila. And even when we’re not in session, your instructors will be on hand to answer questions and offer personal suggestions to help you get the most from your Utila adventure.
